When we first started Ultra Heating & Cooling, we had one simple goal in mind: to take care of people. Over the years, that goal became a mission—to serve our community with honesty, quality workmanship, and the kind of customer service we would expect for our own families.
After decades in this industry—Cecil since 1985, and Keith since 2000—we’ve had the great privilege of meeting thousands of homeowners and families across the Kansas City area. Whether it was a late-night repair, a new system installation, or simply answering your questions with care and clarity, we have truly appreciated your trust.
As of April 7th, we will be stepping away from the business and officially merging Ultra Heating & Cooling with Mission Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. While this decision wasn’t easy, it feels right. We spent a great deal of time searching for a partner who shares our values, commitment to customer care, and dedication to doing the job right the first time. We’re confident that Mission is that partner.
All current service agreements, warranties, and memberships will continue to be honored, and you’ll have access to even more services through Mission’s expert team of HVAC.
